The service center is excellent.
The service center is excellent. Alberto coordinated the appointment. We dropped our car off the night before. Alberto confirmed the car was being worked on. Alexis' video was great. Alberto gave me a call and the car was ready for pick up in a few hours.

Overall, a total lack of communication, integrity, truth, care, etc. was how every facet of my business with them was handled. I've been treated better and with more honesty at sleazy used car dealerships than what I received at Executive. A completely unprofessional and incompetent experience that I hope to never go through again.
