My experience with Scott and most of his staff was truly awful and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Overall, a total lack of communication, integrity, truth, care, etc. was how every facet of my business with them was handled. I've been treated better and with more honesty at sleazy used car dealerships than what I received at Executive. A completely unprofessional and incompetent experience that I hope to never go through again.

I prefer to wait to review after I see how Executive handles the damage that happened to my Pathfinder on the day I picked it up. We were not impressed with the woman who first looked at the damage, but the GM made us comfortable that they would handle it appropriately.
