Q: Do I need an appointment to use your service center?

 A: We have two options for using our Executive Jeep service center: you can take advantage of our Mopar Express Lane service without an appointment. This option is for oil and filter changes plus other routine maintenance tasks. If you have a more complex repair need, please give us a call at 1-877-270-4137, or schedule online to make an appointment.


Q: Does your dealership have a parts department?

 A: Absolutely! We're happy to carry authentic Mopar parts and accessories. If you're looking for specific Jeep parts or genuine Jeep accessories, stop by our dealership or call 1-877-270-4137.  Our service and parts center is open from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. every Monday - Wednesday and Friday. We have extended hours every Thursday and we're open from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Our Saturday hours are 7:00 a.m. - 4:00pm and we're closed on Sunday.




Q: Can I take care of the whole financing process at your dealership?

 A: Yes, you can apply for financing here at Executive Jeep. We're proud of our professionally-run finance center near New Haven, CT. Our financial specialists are on-hand to advise you on current interest rates and possible payment plans.
